Anangu Store Worker

"My name is Sarah Lynch. I come from this community, Finke. I grew up here, and then I moved to Alice Springs for two years and then I came back here. I have three children, they are all boys. My husband's name is Robert Hoosan, he is the Aboriginal Community Police officer here. I started to work at the store again last year, and I worked as well when I lived here before. I work here fulltime. I work on the till and stacking the shelves. I think some of the food in the store is too expensive, but some is not. It's good that you can get healthy food here. The things I would like to see change about the store are to make it bigger. We need more room. I would like to see a bigger take away section and then we could make healthy food for people in the community to buy. I like living here in Finke, my home town, but I would like to see more jobs for people here."
