Incorporation is currently in process. To incorporate, a minimum of 25 members must join and a copy of the association's Objects/Rules must be included when the incorporation papers are submitted. No member will be financially liable in any way for, or to, the association. Members of the indigenous remote community broadcasting and communications sector will constitute the membership of IRCA. The membership of IRCA will come from a network in excess of one hundred remote community licensed radio and television sites. Networked Member Communities strengthen the bond of the bush and weight of the association.
